Alkauthar Institute Presents:

with Shaykh Yasir Qadhi

Two words, only a few letters long, Rabb and Ilah. After this seminar, when you open up the Qur’an and come across these two words, you will read them with a new understanding that will amaze and intrigue. You may begin to look within and without and wonder, “How seriously do I regard Allah? And do I realise how those two words impact my life?”

Tawheed is the preoccupation of a Muslim in his life, so he begins his life with it and he ends his life with it. His task in life is to establish Allah’s oneness and the call to it. So we ask Allah to make the statement of Tawheed (Laa ilaha illa Allah) our last words in this world and we ask Him to gather the Muslims upon the
statement of Tawheed.

Take a journey into the detailed study of Allah, our Creator, Most High. Learn about His worship, the testimony of faith and what it means for us and how to purify our Tawheed. Learn about the many
manifestations of Shirk, how people commit the most heinous crime of associating partners with Allah and how they seek to justify it under false pretexts.

Subjects to be covered:
Definition of Tawheed;
Importance of Tawheed;
Categories of Tawheed;
Quranic Proofs of Ruboobiyyah;
Western Proofs for Existence of God;
Critique of Western Proofs;
Allah’s Right to Be Worshipped;
Manifestations of Worship;
Deviations in Worship;
Other Concepts in Worship – Tabarruk; Tawassul; Shafaa’ah;
Shirk; Kufr; Nifaq;
Manifestations of Major Kufr.

This course is for every da’i who wants to learn about how to call people to Allah, every parent who wants to raise their children upon Tawheed, and every Muslim who wants to truly know the meaning of his/her faith in Allah. This could be the single most important course that any Muslim will ever attend.

All brothers and sisters are welcome. Seats are limited. There is a £10 discount if you enrol by the end of September.

Ramadhan, Unity and the Need for Khilafah

Date: Sunday 7th October
Time: 5pm – 8pm
Venue: Salford Link Project, Chadwick Rd, Eccles, Manchester, M30 0WP

Ramadhan, Unity and the Need for Khilafah

A Talk Followed by Free Iftar

‘Over the month of Ramadhan, Hizb ut-Tahrir will be running a series of public talks and iftar across the UK for the Muslim community. The series, titled “Ramadhan, Unity and the need for Khilafah”, will celebrate the unity of the Ummah that is unified in its worship of Allah Ta’ala all over the world during this blessed month.

We will warn against the repeated attempts to divide our Ummah across the world on lines of Shia and Sunni, moderate and extremist, and nation states. We will address how our Ummah lacks political unity due to the absence of the Khilafah, unity that all the Ummah craves, and unity that would bring strength to the Ummah in obedience to Allah.’
